Hey all! I got the circuit in yesterday. I think it did it's job I am super sore today I am going to take it easy today because my muscles were rebelling by the time I got to crawl into bed last night. I think I may have pulled a muscle so I am just going to rest it and make sure it is healed before I do more.

Hey guys, let me ask you something. I came across this idea while watching Fit TV yesterday. Have you ever tried to do the moves super... i mean super.... slow? OMG, I did my arm routine (same one from a week or two ago) only I did every single move on a 6- or 8-count. You wouldn't BELIEVE how hard those shoulder presses get when you do them like that!! I did only 2 sets of 8, and am feeling it more today that I have in a long while.

That doesn't really apply to this week's circuit... or does it? The instructor I was listening to, said that taking 90% of the momentum out of any movement makes it much harder. I think I might try it with this circuit tonight... since I doubt I'll be doing my upper body stuff again tonight.

Got another kick butt curcuit into. My kids tried to join in too. My 2 year old and 1 year old. It was so cute. Off to make dinner and then get my push ups and cardio in.

I didn't know you had a 2 yr old and a 1 yr old! Mine were 2 and 1 not too long ago, but the oldest turned 3 in March, and the baby will be 2 on Labor Day. 2 and 3 sounds like a handful, but what I'm dreading are 15 and 16, and 16 and 17. LOL (They're both girls)

Pulled muscles are very serious! Rest until you are sure you're ok, and don't be afraid to see a doctor if you need to. It's very important when you're doing these exercises to use proper form to avoid injuries, and don't over do it... don't push yourself to do the number of reps recommended if you feel like you've reached your limit. Hope you feel better!!!

Well I have a boy and girl. So hopefully it won't be to bad. I also have a daughter that is 7. She isn't as into hanging out and having fun with mom as the younger two are.

Alright got another curcuit in today. I really like this one this week. I also like how we did arms last week and legs this week so I am not over doing one group of muscles.

I'm glad you like it!! I feel like my inner thighs are a little less jiggly, but I probably need to keep it up another couple of weeks.
