About the carbs, I just try to not eat white stuff such as white bread, pasta rice, sugar and potatoes. I still eat whole grains. Make sure you are eating enough protein. Also, you should get some protein at every meal.

Thanks for the advice! Well, I did weigh today and I maintained...boo. I was weighing in on Mondays for the same reason to keep me in check over the weekend. Maybe I will stick to Mondays... So I guess for next week I am a maintain

so sad lol. I know what to do about it though so don't expect any more weeks like this from me!
