1 - Eat GOOD, healthy food (no crap this week). 3 small meals with 2 -3 snacks, around 1500 cals
2 - Walk everyday
3 - 3 days strength training (not sure yet what I want to do)
4 - Drink 80 - 100 oz of water a day

In some ways I feel like I am starting over with being off track for 3 weeks.
Next week I will add more (like get back to my morning walks)
Same here.... getting back on track Great goals girl We can do this

I am sitting here trying to decide what my week will be like. I have been struggling for the past two weeks. And I am feeling very down with my dieting. I am trying right now to figure out what I want to do. I need to change up my plan and get y self moving every day this week. I am on vacation now and don't have to work so I have all day to get stuff done! I am hoping to get some support from my teammates and get through this. It seems as of late that I have just not been with it! Wish this could be easier!

Ok well I have to get going for now. I hope to check back in again soon.
(((JULIE))) you are not alone in this. There are a few of us trying to get back on track 100%. We can do this together

My legs were horribly sore today due to the seed planting yesterday. Today I used the push mower and weed eater a lot which was a lot of work. I walk for 4.5 miles today, on this evenings walk my dog had a run in with a skunk and needless to say he is spending the night OUT side! I can still smell him in the house! I don't have everything to make the "skunk fix" to bathe him in so he will have to wait until I can get to the store in the morning.

I hope everyone has a great start to Monday (came around quick didn't it?)!!
Yes, girl... you You worked hard and it paid off
Oh no, pure dog...hope you can get that smell of him
Skunk isn't the greatest of smells

Good Morning Everybody I am back and I have to get back on track 100%. I have to stop using everything that happens as an excuse. No more....
Now I just have to figure out if I do the comeback step by step or full force...
I think I might do it step by step so I am not so disappointed if it doesn't work out the way I wanted, on the other hand, getting back full force doesn't leave any room for excuses....
I will think about it over the day and let you all know either by the end of the day (if I get a chance to come back on here) or by tomorrow morning

Morning all, I just got finished showering after a 4 mile walk. I got up and went before I even had breakfast. It wasn't too bad, but I started to feel my blood sugar dropping toward the end of the walk. I don't know if I can walk before I eat every day, it might not be a good idea for me. I know someone said that it helps you burn more when you exercise before you eat so I thought that I would try it.
My eating has been good so far, oatmeal and my banana! Yummy! Water on the other hand has been a problem thus far I have only had 8oz with my morning pills. I will drink this afternoon, while I knit. RIght now though I have alot of boxes to go through for yard sale stuff. We are having a street sale July 11th, so I have to get ready. I will probably check back in again later. Especially if I feel a binge coming on!

Couple of other things too I update everyone's picture on the rooster because some had change and the MVP for our team this week was Tobey with 3.5. So congratulations on that Tobey!
Congrats on MVP Tobey!
