What are two other things that you really, really want to make sure you do with your eating and/or exercise? Start with that, then add from there.

If I can help with anything let me know.
Thanks! I do want to rest and relax. I have a bunch of knitting to get done and reading to do.

As for my eating, I want to start staying away from starches with one exception, my morning oatmeal. I also am going low fat, and trying to get in my water again!

For exercise, I plan on walking at least 4 miles every day M-F. I usually take the weekends off to recoop! I am good with the exercising, it is my eating that has been off for a couple weeks. I am starting fresh tomorrow. It will be a struggle cuz I am home alone all day, but I will try my best! No binges, that will be hard, but I will work on it!

That sounds like a GREAT Start for your Summer vacation. NO BINGES, No Starches (except oatmeal). I know you do excellent on your walking so that is pretty much under control. That is something I am working on. Just remember to sip your water while reading and knitting so that shouldn't be a problem either.
YOU CAN DO IT. Come here if you are feeling a binge coming on

At the camp you probably burned all the food being busy with the kids.
GREAT JOB!

WOW me the mvp? That is crazy!
My legs were horribly sore today due to the seed planting yesterday. Today I used the push mower and weed eater a lot which was a lot of work. I walk for 4.5 miles today, on this evenings walk my dog had a run in with a skunk and needless to say he is spending the night OUT side! I can still smell him in the house! I don't have everything to make the "skunk fix" to bathe him in so he will have to wait until I can get to the store in the morning.

I hope everyone has a great start to Monday (came around quick didn't it?)!!

Wow...96% weigh ins... that is fantastic
I have to think really good about my goals for this week. I need to get back on track. Just not sure if I should do it step by step or jump right back in it full force. I'll let you all know my goals as soon as I figured it out. But one thing is clear, I am back and I will drop at least one pound by Saturday morning I can not keep using what happens around me as an excuse to not take care of myself. That has to stop...

I'm glad I didn't miss the weigh in...I've been sick the last couple of days, the last thing on my mind was bs. I've heard buddies say over and over again how they get used to eating healthy and when they eat something that is really bad for them it's like their body rebels.....? Well, I think that's what happened to me. I don't know what possessed me to do it, but I ate crispy, deep fried chicken strips andfries for dinner Friday night. Normally I eat baked fish or something like that when John has something that I know is bad for me.....but not this time. I've had pancreatitis before and I think this was a flare up. It felt like it anyway...the same excruciating pain, and nausea...yuk. Then to make it worse I got something I never had before, let's just say it involves 'Preperation H.' This has been one miserable weekend, so far. I do feel a little better today, and I did maintain...that is a small miracle. Looks like most everyone else is doing well.......ANNIE, wow! what a surprise. Congratulations. Julie, you take care of that sunburn and I'm glad you and Mike had a nice trip to the falls. Next week will be better for both of us, I just have a feeling. Good luck everyone!

Oh Sandy .... hope you feel better hun Sending well wishes your way....

Also because the other teams have 30 peole and we only have 24 (now 22 with Annie being a cheerleader and Liana gone) I think if we pumped our numbers back up we could do great. Couple of other things too I update everyone's picture on the rooster because some had change and the MVP for our team this week was Tobey with 3.5. So congratulations on that Tobey!
