My goals this week are going to be simple to get myself back on track.

1 - Eat GOOD, healthy food (no crap this week). 3 small meals with 2 -3 snacks, around 1500 cals
2 - Walk everyday
3 - 3 days strength training (not sure yet what I want to do)
4 - Drink 80 - 100 oz of water a day

In some ways I feel like I am starting over with being off track for 3 weeks.
Next week I will add more (like get back to my morning walks)

That is how I felt last week. I was trying to get back on track. Still working on it but getting better and I am sure you will be able to do the same.

My goals for this week are:

1. Continue my NO JUNK FOOD rule (still not 100% on this one, but doing better)
2. Do my core routine EVERY day
3. Wake up early to jog at least two days this week
4. Keep up with my food journal

Good evening all,
I am sitting here trying to decide what my week will be like. I have been struggling for the past two weeks. And I am feeling very down with my dieting. I am trying right now to figure out what I want to do. I need to change up my plan and get y self moving every day this week. I am on vacation now and don't have to work so I have all day to get stuff done! I am hoping to get some support from my teammates and get through this. It seems as of late that I have just not been with it! Wish this could be easier!

Ok well I have to get going for now. I hope to check back in again soon.

Improvement is all we can strive for, you will get the no junk food down as long as you keep trying.

Julie, With how the last couple of months have gone for you I think rest needs to be a priority with you. I am not saying lay around all day but working on getting your strength back and good sleep.
What are two other things that you really, really want to make sure you do with your eating and/or exercise? Start with that, then add from there.

If I can help with anything let me know.
