I know what you mean! I can't even walk to the neighborhood store with my kids. Unless I carry them, which believe me, is a heck of a workout. LOL Even two blocks with 50 lbs worth of kids on your hips is a tough walk.

And then to get pink roses from you, I am feeling pretty special for sure! My stomach has quit hurting so bad, and as for the other....I guess that takes a while.
Julie, you sound like you've got yourself back on track. Good for you! You know I knit too, and every time I complete a round (socks) or a row, I pick up the water bottle and take a drink. It's amazing how much water I drink this way, and it's painless. Keep up the good work.
Tobeyyou inspire me with your enthusiasm. Congrats on the green star.
I'd better get busy now, I have a lot to do today, I'll see you all tomorrow....if not sooner.
The flowers that come out of the blue are my favorite flowers Special flowers for a special lady
So glad to hear that you are feeling better. ((HUGS))

Well, not really full force yet, still having engine problems, but they will be fixed and then it's full force ahead Just having such a tough time getting back into my routine, I think I need more fuel for my engine (I need to get my motivation back). But, I am on my way

Liana did send me her weight loss and I missed it. She lost 2 lbs. So I fix that at the beginning of the forum. Which means everyone weighed in and we lost a total of 30 lbs. Still 2nd place. But it is good. Next we have a new member Ashley. She has also been added to the rooster. As for me. WE went fishing yesterday and had a ball. Then went off to my daughter's softball game. Where they had their butts handed to them 2-16. Went shopping bought lost of fruits and vegs. Cleaned house and went to bed. So now. I need to get something things done today for slacking yesterday. Keep up the great work everyone!
NICOLE: Wow, busy day.... oh nice fishing... that sounds like fun

I was doing well with my eating until dinner. WE had ham and I ate way too much of it. But I also ate a big salad and a big helping of veggies. I still feel bad that I over did it with the ham, good thing it was lean though I guess. Tomorrow is another day and I will do much better!

This afternoon I started to have a head ache and felt kinda light headed. I am heading for some tylenol and then laying down for the rest of the night. I will check back in again tomorrow!
Sorry about your headaches...hope they went away BRAVO on your walk and eating. You didn't do too bad. I think with ham it's more the sodium than anything else Lots of veggies and a nice salad sounds good to me
