I feel so much better That's what I keep reminding myself of, the mornings I don't want to get up (pretty much every day ) on how great I feel once I am done with the walk/run...usally it helps and I get my bootie out of bed, still hating myself while walking/running, but loving myself for getting up as soon as I finished the workout

I didn't get to where I wanted to, but I am closer this 10 weeks that I was the last! I wanted to get to 189 and I am at 197 today. I have been able to walk around the neighborhood, but I still cannot jump or do anything intense...this dang incision is still not healed!!! But, I am getting back to myself. I started watching what I eat again last week. I wasn't doing bad, but I really wasn't eating!!! I slept for two weeks straight basically! Then, I was focusing so much on getting back into my daily routine and forgot to eat a time or two... I don't think I have ever really had that problem!!!
I hope you all are doing well!!! Hope to see a Round 3 and all of you in it!!
Hang in there hun, you will heal and be able to jump all you want I hope too that we don't have to wait to long for round 3 Maybe while you have to take it easy with your workouts it would be a good time to concentrate on your eating Don't worry about the intensity of your exercises, do some walking so you keep moving and other then that put all the effort in to getting into a eating routing until you ready for some jumping
Let's all warm up and practice for round 3

Even though this week wasn't 100% the way I wanted to, I still pulled of to drop 1.4 lbs. I am still heavier then when I started this challenge - I think. I really need to check it out.
Well, but I am back on track now and ready to kick some bootie (again ) Can't wait for the new challenge and planing on being on it 100 % the whole time thru

Ok, I just went back and checked my weight in the beginning of round 2...185 lbs.....and now I am 185.2, so I am 0.2 heavier. That has to stop. I can not keep going up and down and up and down and at the end I get nowhere. All that energy I put in the days I am on track seems to be for nothing. So in round 3 I have to stay committed the time thru.

Thanks, everyone, for joining this 10 week challenge with me. I am brainstorming a points-based challenge and think I have come up with something simple but motivating. Let me get this week started and see how crazy things will be, and I will definitely be posting another 10 weeks as soon as I can!

I am glad the holiday weekend is over! I ate way too much. I am trying to get focused and do what I have to do for my health and to get back on track. I started out this year at 232 and am around 216 again now. I had hoped by now to be at 200. I am not on schedule and it's because I don't stay consistent. I think I can get back on track and end up at onederland soon. It would be a shame to not make it before this year is over!

It has been one year since I started walking tho, so I am proud of myself for that! I started out walking July 1, 2008, weighing 256. So, that's still good news! I may not be where I wish I was, but I have made a lot of good changes and a lot of progress
