The Quest For Onederland Challenge
What it is:
This is a motivational group for all of us who are on the quest to drop that 2 or even 3 from the beginning of our weight! 199 is a landmark for anyone over 200lbs trying to lose weight. So, we’ve banded together in hopes of pushing each other to meet this much desired goal which seems to allude us all, “onederland”.
How it works:
In order to enable the most versatility to the group, it is organized into “zones”. Depending upon how far away from 199lbs you are, you will be put into a different zone. They are as followed:
White Zone: Onederland and maintaining
Red Zone: 1-10 lbs away (200-210)
Yellow Zone: 11-25 lbs away (211-225)
Blue Zone: 26-50 lbs away (226-250)
Black Zone: 50+ lbs away
This helps to keep us from focusing simply on that silly number, 199. Rather, we have smaller steps along the way to look forward to, as well.
Obligations:
Obviously, for this to really be helpful we want everyone to check in regularly. Still, life is busy. The only thing you are really asked to do, is notify us of when you have changed zones (up OR down)
