Hey guys! I had an awesome day!
how was yours?
Well actually I didn't have an awesome day, but I had an awesome evening!
I kind of failed on my goal to keep the house clean. I really didn't do much today

... I woke up with a head ache, and have had it all day!
Today I got caught up on the internet, and then I couldn't tear myself away from it. Then I got to talking to my sister on the phone, and we talked for a few hours. After that I got back onto the internet

....
I cooked a great home made chicken pot pie!!! But I ate a little too much....
It got time to go to the gym and I remembered I forgot to wash our gym clothes. Billy of course started acting like he didn't want to go. So I seriously thought about not going. But then I started thinking about what the scale was going to say tomorrow after eating so much chicken pot pie and not exercising. I also thought about my new blog a posted today that is called My Story... I thought about how far I've came, and how I'd be so dissipated on weigh in day knowing that I could have done better if I wouldn't have been lazy. So I decided to suck it up and go to the gym! The ride over there was horrible though. My headache sure didn't like it... and of course it got worse. But I knew I had to exercise.
I started out on the treadmill. I ran quite a bit. Only for 1 and 2 minutes at a time, but I did it quite a bit. My stomach started hurting pretty bad from all the running, but I kept at it! I ended up going 1 mile. I then got on the bike for 1 mile. And then I got on the Amt for 1 mile. Then I went over to the weights. I did a machine that works your chest for 4 sets of 15 reps with 50 pounds. Then I went to do the free weights. Turns out a girl who was with her trainer had 3 different sets of weights!!! Including the set I wanted, And they weren't even using them at that time!!! I was wanting the 10 pound weights. I could either go down to 7.5 pounds, or go up to 12.5 pounds. So I went up to 12.5. I haven't used that with free weights before. I did my usual squats with curls, and squat, curl, then lift above my head. I could only do 1 set of 10 of both of them. So I decided to do pushups. I did 30 regular pushups... Then I decided to try the free weights again. I did 1 set of each again. After that I got on the assisted chin ups I did quite a few of those. I was so tired after all of that I figured it was time to go home...
Billy and I exercised for 1 hour and 11 minutes.
I burned 38 fat grams
and 612 calories!
So I think I did really good!
I've felt crummy all day, but after my exercise I felt a lot better. I still have my head ache, but just my over all feel is a lot better! :-)
Well I did a good deed today!
Billy and I decided to check the mail after we came home from the gym....
Well I noticed in one of the mail boxes (this is at an apartment complex where there are multiple mailboxes next to each other) That there was a pair of keys... It had a car key, house, key and God knows what other keys on the key chain. Billy and I figured out what car the keys went to because it had a lock button on the key. So we pushed it and the tail lights of a car lit up. So we took the keys to the owner. Billy and I had to laugh about the whole thing. I mean how can you forget your keys in the mailbox! lol...
