A year ago a buddy and i were talking about creating a challenge for us to get healthy. So, she created the forum and i was the second member. She gave up the challenge and i think Buddyslim too. So, i have been in this challenge and someone else took over. Every single month she does a roster and i am not on it, so i have to send a message that i am still here. The last few days i haven't been on as much. i was removed from the roster again. I have been updating my exercise log daily but i missed the last couple of days so i guess she thought i dropped out. i wrote a message on the forum to stop dropping me because i am in this for life and i will be in the challenge unless i am dead or something. I have been in Buddyslim for over 2 years now and i am not going away that easily.

JESSICA ANN sounds good to me, LOL

I hope you have some aloe at home that helps cool it and heal the burn.

The only thing that sound like it would have been "bad" is the mash potatoes, especially if they use cream to make them. I LOVE mashed potatoes so I am sure I would have eaten every last morsel if they were that good,

Now, really you need to be careful in the sun. I say this from experience. 30 years ago they did not know as much about how bad the sun was for you. I have scaring on my chest from laying and falling to sleep one time. I have to be careful now because that skin is susceptible to skin cancer. I just don't want you to have to go through the same thing. I got burned several times in my teens and bad a few times that last time (I was 20) was all my skin could take. Now even when I do get tanned my upper chest is splotchy because of the damage.

Take of your WHOLE self

I know it is hard because I have always said that fat tan skin looks better than fat white skin.
Now I use the lotion that gradually turns your skin tan over a week or so (at least on my legs). It doesn't look yellow/orange like the old stuff and gives enough color that I feel ok about wearing my summer dresses.
I have pink skin, so what do you think about pink skin? hahaha. I always heard that phrase too that when you are tanned you look better, and thinner too. Being pink skinned i always felt so self conscious of it. I am not a tanner. I used to feel so jealous and embarrassed of my pig pink skin hahaha.....with freckles. but, i am older now and that's just what i am and i accept it. it's not worth getting melanoma for fashion!

lol... My middle name is Michelle. And that's what my mom would always say when I was in trouble. Jessica Michelle!!!
Now Billy says it all the time when joking with me. I'll give him a bad look, or roll my eyes and he'll say Jessica Michelle you better straighten it up! lol...

Yeah I know I spent too much time out side. I really didn't mean to. It just happened. I'm not going out today. And if I do I'm going to use sun screen instead of sun tan lotion. And I'm defiantly not going to stay out there more than 20 minutes.

Here it goes again, I just really care about you, that is why!
It's okay that you are being motherly. Sometimes I need that. :-)

I've never heard of the saying that you look skinnier when you are tan. I was just tanning because I'm very white. Usually I'm a little bit tan because I use to mow of my mom's 5 acres of land every year. And last summer I didn't get to do that. And I wont be doing it this summer either. I spend a lot of time inside as well. And I'm just naturally white. I've been described as a porcelain doll before because I'm so white.

There is good tho too in the hell. My daughter is graduating next week (stress) and we are hoping my mom will be here but I have to drive over there to San Diego, and then bring her back in one day. i have been dizzy as heck. i was diagnosed in December with some inner ear thing and this is going to be a part of me getting older. My daughter is being recognized at the school board meeting too for her great job in her medical assisting program. I have lots to do in the next two weeks to keep us busy and walks have been hard to find time for, as is sleep. just so stressed out i can't sleep much.
Oh my, Stacey. You do have a full plate again. Walking is a great stress reliever, I know you know that. Maybe you can work in a 20 min walk, that will help at least.
Have you been diagnosed with Meniere's?
How nice that your Daughter is getting a award!
Take Care of yourself and remember you ARE IMPORTANT too

That is crazy! why would they drop you after a couple of days. Especially, if they have been paying attention at all, they should know you have been a little pre-occupied.
Hope they get the message loud and clear

OK, that sounds better. NO MORE than 20 min. You should wait a few days, that skin needs time to heal first.

I call my skin "baby-butt" white, after winter it really does reflect the light, LOL. MY older son is a red-head and he has the pink skin too.

Porcelain skin is beautiful!
Look at all the trouble that the Japanese women went (use to) to make their skin look like porcelain.

I am glad I did not hurt your feelings because that certainly was not the intent.
