I am sticking to my plans and goals so far lately. I have had such a struggle with the binge eating and then I got off track. I am back on track tho and it feels great! Being that it's been hot here, it's been easier to not overeat, or eat much at all for that matter! I am drinking lots of water, and doing my exercising. I am pretty pleased with how well i am doing. I am still weighing at 214.4 but, in all honesty, this is the first time i have actually stayed at this weight and didn't start going back up once i hit this mark. So, i am at my lowest yet amount, but i know i am going to do even better!!!

These are great news, Stacey. Those maintaining periods are very important since they give your body time to adjust to the new lower weight!

Well, that's the part I like, but it's a lot of work putting it all into the computer. Just one more thing I would have to do. I tried, but it's just so time consuming. Maybe I write it down during the week and if I get stuck I can still put it into the computer hmmmm.... I don't know... I have the bodybugg and they have a fairly good program for adding the food... oh boy... losing weight is turning in to a full time job

Good Morning,

So yesterday I actually got out and did a walk yesterday during my break hour. I think I will keep on trying to do that.

Here is an update on my exercise...

Week 5
Sunday- BOC 25min Yoga 10min Walk 25min = 6pts
Monday - C25K (w/cool down walk and strech) 45min Walk 25min =7pts
Tuesday- Walk 60 min BOC 20min = 8 min
TOTAL = 211pts

Don't worry... that is part of the journey. Just work extra hard this week and try to control your portion controls and that gain will be gone in no time!
