Well why am I doing this? Why did I want to loose weight? I had once been down to where I am now about four or five years ago. Then I just let the weight slowly crep back on and I was lieing to myself that I was still a healthy weight. I would just binge myself in food and was not happy with the way my clothes fit. So this October I stepped on the scale and was shocked how I had somehow gained back all the weight. Then I knew I had to change. I am sooo happy now and I am soooo close to being at a healthy weight... once I loose five more lbs I will have a healthy BMI. I want to be healthy so that I can walk around with confidence, I can run, I can do strength training, I can be active. I want to go to the Beach in my Bikini and not have to feel embarssed. I want to love my body and take care of it. I dont want to hide anymore... No more wearing tight pants with a baggy shirt to cover up the fat bulging over the waistband. I want to be feel free and able to wear whatever I want. I love my body and it deserves to be taken care of. I only get one body and I am not gonna destroy cuz I woud rather be lazy and eat fast food.

My goals for week 4
1. WATER
2. 4th week of the C25K (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
3. Continue with the Belly Off Club (Tuesday, THursday, Saturday)
4. Rack up 60 exercise points
5. Eat healthy food and practice portion control
6. Beat the weekend

My exercise points...

Sunday- Walk 50min Yoga 10min=6pts

Here to to week four... Lets do this!

My goals for the end of the 10 weeks are...
1. Finish the C25K and be able to run 30 minutes in a row
2. Finish the Belly Off Club and tone up all my muscles (okay maybe not all but a girl can wish)
3. Lose 12lbs to put me at my goal weight of 138

So just an update on how I am doing on my goals for the entire 10 weeks... I am on schedule for the C25K... start week four today. I am doing the Belly Off CLub every week three times a week. My current weight is down to 146... So I have eight lbs to go in 6 weeks. So I am hoping for 1.5 loss every week to make that goal.

Sorry I Have Been Missing For Almost 2 Weeks. Things Got Crazy And I Couldnt Not Keep Everything Going. So Like Always I Am The One Who Gets Pit On The Back Burner. But I Am Back And With Only A 2 Pound Gain. My Goal Ths Week Is To Be Back To Starting Weight On My Weigh In On Monday.

WEEK 4

So here are my goals, etc:

GOALS FOR THIS CHALLENGE:

1. WEIGH LESS AT THE END OF THIS CHALLENGE! (Starting weight: 180.5 lbs)
2. STICK TO THE PLAN (WORKOUTS AND FOOD)
3. DON'T QUIT (EVER)!


STRATEGIES:

FOLLOW JILLIANS MEAL PLAN!
FOLLOW JILLIANS WORKOUT SCHEDULE!
TAKE THE REST DAYS!
HAVE WEEKLY GOALS!
DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK!


MEASUREMENTS:

WEEKLY WEIGH INS (SATURDAY)

GOAL FOR WEEK 4:

LOSE WEIGHT - NO MATTER HOW SMALL, AS LONG AS I LOSE
WATCH THE SODIUM INTAKE!
WORKOUT 4 DAYS IN THE MORNING! (30 minutes each)
COUCH 2 5K PROGRAM WEEK 4!
NO FOOD AFTER 9 PM!

8 lbs....6 weeks... you can do this

So happy to have you back One thing most of us trying to realize is that we shouldn't put ourselves last all the time. For some reason we think it's okay to put ourselves last, but you know it isn't. We are worth it and we are important too But, you are back on track and I am sure ready to kick some butt
