POINTS SYSTEM
*Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day=2pts

*20 mins of exercise of any kind including sex (wink wink) = 10pts for every 20 mins

*Doing Trish's challenges =3 points for every day you do them
*
Eating 3 Healthy Meals a day= 4 points

*Sending Booster notes to your team = 5 points per day you send them

*This should be fun and easy!!! Turn your points into me on Saturday's no later then noon...new week turns over on Saturdays. I will re-post this every week.

Hope you all can make time to do the points...it will help keep you on track.

Fiona: 230 pts.

Cathy: 225 pts.

Alicia: 220 pts.

Sandi: 200 pts.

Gerrie: 179 pts.

Jenn : 165 pts.

Trish: 161 pts.

Black Beat Red this week 1,380 Points to 353...but Kelly from the red team took the overall prize for most points!

My goals for the week:
1. Stick to my diet plan
2. Exercise at least 3x this week
3. Drink more water
4. Finish my mini-gym setup, or be nearly finished by next weekend
5. Show some kind of loss at next weigh-in, even 1 lb.

2. No food after 7:30pm.
3. Cardio 4-5 days.
4. Strength 2 days.
5. Water.

Hello all!! We are home for a bit then have to dash off to the local park to watch my niece and her friends get pictures taken before heading off to the prom! ***sigh*** to be young again lol!!

GOALS: Get in my water, get at least 30-60 minutes of exercise each day, support all my wonderful FANATICS! lol!! Be a great wife and mommy, and maybe get in some extra points *wink* on Tuesday (my anniversary w/ hubby--13 yrs married, 19 together)

Hello Everyone!!!
Try to make more time for gym,sleep more and give my body breaks.Not giving my body breaks and lacking sleep is taking such a toll on me, I lost 1 lb this week so I am at 207 as of now- I am looking forward to being 200 so I know I can do this =) well we all can. I am putting in my head no fast food because since my days go by fast I dont have time to eat so I am trying to eat healthier things and quick snacks.Have a blessed weekend and happy mothers day to everyone!!!!

-be an excellent team leader
-keep up with WW points
- exercise every day
-drink and drink and drink water
-lose 2 pounds this week.

Hi everyone I don't know where my day went I got nothing done.
My goals this week is to do the same as last.
-Water
-Log Calories
-Exercise daily and walk when weather permits
-Want to eat more fresh foods.
