Hope everyone is doing well!
Good luck with finals Tobey!!

Hope this all helps! Gooooooooodmorning ladies

ok so i cant cut my calories anymore than i have, i eat about 1100 - 1200, some days (rarely done this twice in the last month) ill go as high as 1300 for when i go out to dinner with my bf or those crazy days when all i have as an option is fast food. But i manage pretty well. I eat Pescatarian, so vegetarian with fish thrown in there, so pretty lean. I do a decent amount of veggies, and whole, unbleached, grains. i have a reward treat which comes less often now that im set in my diet that's either a couple oreos, or healthy choice ice cream, but that's only if my calories for the day allow it.

i exercise once a day every day for at very least 20 minutes, usually more like 30-40 minutes. and i usually break a sweat and am mildly tired after so i know im going at a decent intensity. i don't do walking, i do go jogging once in a while with my mum shes doing some training, but my typical exercise, as odd as this is, is DDR but i work my A$$ off.

yeah i've lost about 1.5lbs a week, last week was barely .5 so i'm a little worried. i worry EVERY weigh in that i might plateau or gain back the weight. i've had such a struggle up to this point for the last 3 years that i'm so worried ill put on the weigh again. i was 160ish 3 years ago and i put on so much weight and landed at my all time high of 205 for a while. so i'm very worried about messing up.

Don't we all worry?! Your exercise sounds great, as does your eating. I love that "pescatarian" idea.. Fabulous! I have an extremely low metabolism and it sounds like you do too.. Wait it out is all I can reccomend. It takes me months to lose 15 pounds.. Everyone is different.

(: I hope you all had an amazing day. I just got home from my night class, and can thankfully say that I hit the gym before! I entered with my hair wacko and red cheeks, but hey I am not trying to pick up anyone in that class

Tobey: The changes to your goal are great. Keep it up, and good luck!

Mandy: Love ya girl (: So happy to have you hear, and congrats AGAIN on graduating! I dunno if I told you that yet?

I am off for a walk with mah puppy! Toodles!

LOL I'm picturing your hair all crazy as you walk in the class. haha... Thanks, I think you did, but I don't mind hearing it again. You're right everyone is different when it comes to losing weight. You just have to find a healthy way to do it that works for you!! Mine is exercising my butt off, literally

DDR is tough!! I'm not cordinated enough to do it!!! It's awesome that you can. As far as not losing as much weight, so I know that the advice that I'm about to tell you will go against every fiber of your being, but have you ever considered upping your calories a little bit? If you're working out and eating only 1100-1200 cals, your body might be going into starvation mode. Meaning it won't lose the fat because it's saving it because you're not eating enough. Just an idea. If you use the food journal up top, it tells you how many cals you can eat after exercise and stuff. I think it's really helpful.
It sounds like you're really serious though, which is good! It's nice to have that energy!

i haven't hit a point where i'm not loosing anything yet, i got hung up during TOM but there was a lot going on that week in addition to TOM, i was very very sore, and not been feeling well, and right now my stress level is through the ceiling cause i had plans and my new job may totally ruin them so im anxious to figure that all out i should know today or tomorrow, i hope it wont take any longer than that, cause i leave sunday evening.

I would up my calories a little if i saw i wasn't loosing weight suddenly, but like i said its been steady, and my hunger has dropped to almost nothing. I do however know my protein is like half or less of what my daily requirement is, but i have no money coming in right now to buy protein foods like tofu and what not. what i have protein wise i save for dinners when i eat with my family so i can try and eat a similar meal.

Ok~ so back from my weekend, went to see my BF because my training day go scheduled ON his birthday tuesday so i cant go up to see him at his school this week.

i tried to think ahead on exercise and i brought my DDR but his PS2 was missing the power cord so it never happened, so i had a bit of a lazy week end, did my DDR when i got home today though.

hoping this doesn't hinder my weigh in tomorrow! (crosses fingers)

Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I haven't been doing that well to be honest. I stepped on the scale yesterday and I've gained 4 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I had tons of stuff going on and I was hoping for a maintain, but nope! I don't know, I have to get back on track....

still not seeing any results here, which is depressing considering ive done so well and it makes it harder to stay on track.
ive been a bit leanient with my eating so i think i need to work on making sure it stays on track. and im making sure im getting more protein so that will makes things a bit awkward for a while.

im house sitting atm the moment so that made things hard, i tried to think a head and brought my DDR but the consule its for isnt working for me. played around on the wii fit that was here tho.

just got a pedometer so that will help me be sure my daily activity above and beyond excersise is good. ideally what im reading is your should get about 10,000 steps for fitness, but the first day i tracked it was at about 3,000 steps. so i think that i need to start adding more each week and shoot for a higher goal till im doing 10k easily. yesterday i did however get 12.6k steps i was at a training session for work and there is a lot of walking involved i have another training day today and each day till sunday. so i expect to d oa decent amount of walking, even tho my job is pretty stationary ill have a lot of freedom to move about.

hope someone out there is doing better and seeing good results!
