Default Nancy's *I beat the heavy late day eating* Food Quest

Today is my first real food day since I had food poisoning. What better day to start over with facing all my food problems then today? I have faced the food demon head on and won. Now it's time to start really tweaking my food intake.

One of my biggest reality check is that I continue to eat really heavy at night! I have to change this.

I am on a mission to change this once and for all. One day at a time.

My goal:
To eventually eat bigger meals in early morning, afternoon, evening and very light dinners. I eat big breakfast on very intense exercise days but I need to extend that to include every single day. Starting today and for the next 100 days. I hope by doing this I can lose a few lbs along the way.


This is open to all those who have night time eating issues - any issues. Just post here and you are in!
