Well I had a bit of an off week and was fully expecting a gain. The thing I was most worried about was being out of this challenge. I've made it this far and I want to be the longest loser!! This challenge has really been keeping me motivated, thanx for doing it Sabrina. Anyway, I actually lost half a pound so I'm still in!!

I haven't heard from her. Her weigh in day is Monday and she missed last Monday so I gave her until today...but so far nothing.
So I think to be fair I have to say that she is out
