DEFEAT THE TREATS Week #4!
Hello everyone! Week #4 of the Defeat the Treats challenge will run from Sunday, January 25 through Saturday, January 31st!
Here's how the points work:
Daily Points:
Didn't "cheat": 10 points
Drank at least 6 servings (48 ounces) of water: 10 points
Exercise: 5 points for every 20 minutes
Sent booster note or left comment on fellow competitor's blog: 5 points for the day, not for each note or comment
Total Points for Day:
Please post your total points for the week by Monday morning (Feb. 2nd) so we can determine our weekly Treat Defeater!
This challenge is to help us defeat the cravings and temptations that can add unneeded calories and set off poor eating. Don't forget to schedule small treats here and there; we are not going for zero pleasure here!
