You can post my weight, no problem.
You can not tell any difference in the chili, and I like it better actually it breaks down into little crumbles, so it's pretty evenly dispersed.

I could tell a difference in spaghetti dishes, but it isn't awful, either.

We still need to come up with a team name! Any and all suggestions are welcome! I was thinking and I didn't come up with anything to original. How about something with butterflys. Catipillars starting out in their cocoons and emerging as beauitiful butterflys spreading their wings! I don't know does anyone else have any ideas?

Okay, here is a recipe for ya...I don't know what the nutritional content is...but I'll figure it out when I get a minute.

Healthier Crab Pizzas

Ingredients:
whole grain english muffin
fresh or imitation crab meat
lite ranch dressing
skim mozarella cheese, shredded
turkey bacon bits

To do:
Toast english muffin half
spread on thin layer of lite ranch dressing
pile high with crab
throw on some cheese and a few turkey bacon bits

Put in the oven, microwave or toaster oven until heated and cheese is melted.

They are so yummmy!!!

I came up with this recipe after my step-mom made crab pizzas with pizza dough, alfredo sauce, two kinds of cheeses (can't remember which ones) and real bacon.

Okay now we have two suggestions lets vote.
FAB and Butterflys. Everyone vote and tommorrow night I will post the winner!

Now to tell you about pulling another sneaky on my hubby. He loves his breakfasts and about once a week he makes breakfast for dinner. He does not like to eat healthy and wouldn't try my Fiber 1 pancake mix. Tonight I had the pancake mix all made up when he came home, he cooked it and he ate it and never knew the difference.......LOL I haven't told him yet and I am not sure if I will.....

Have a great night!
Big HUGS
