I don't think there's one person out there who doesn't like MD's fries. I do too. I still eat it. It's just a few strands versus the whole serving.

Well, I definitely had what I consider to be a "few" lunches today! LOL The sandwich and soup, then another half sandwich (just turkey and mustard, on one slice of bread cut in half).... Then a bowl of chili I made a few days ago. It's not BAD though... lots of beans and ground turkey instead of beef. So, since I was truly hungry, I'm not going to consider any of that "cheating", ok? For dinner, I just had a big salad (no meat) and lots of broccoli! So it evened out, I think.

Wednesday:
Resist treats: (+10): 10
Gave in to treats (-20):
Exercise (5 pts. for every 10 min.): 35
TOTAL: 45

Hello out there "waving my hands" LOL Ok girls, I'm ready to beat the treats.

Today so far so good. I actually found a bag of Christmas candy hidden and I didn't even have a piece. I did cheat yesterday Can I start my points today?????????????????? oh PLEASE?????????????????

Ok adding my points...doesn't look to good girls.

10 points for resisting
10 points for 20 mins of exercise
Total is only 20 points.................

Tommorrow will be better, just need to exercise more

Can I play too? I'm new to the forum. My husband and I started our healthy eating plan on Monday. He is really negative about it even though he knows we both desperatly need to lose weight and get healthy. I was looking for a place to find support when I found this forum. The first couple of weeks are always the hardest for me. Even though I am not eating any less in volume, I feel like I am starving all the time. And chocolate is so hard for me to resist. I think this challenge might really help me a lot. If it is to late, maybe I can join you guys next week!

I also got 7 fruit and vegetables in today but that doesn't count here. Anyways it made me feel better.
