Hello! Hope you're having a nice and relaxing Sunday afternoon...
I know 4 lbs doesn't seem like much... but maintaining your loss is great to! So congrats to you all... Let's have a great week and try to get our numbers up!

Maybe since the holidays are over... (which makes me sad because they always come and go too fast) we can concentrate on our food intake and working out!! I know I plan too work even harder this week... (even though I thought last week I did pretty well... but I didn't lose) I worked out everyday but Thursday... and didn't even have any bad foods... I have to be so careful with every little thing I eat... otherwise if I have any sugar, gluten, or yeast.... I break out with a skin rash

I know it sounds horrible and it is... I get soo tired of reading the labels on everything... but I guess it's an incentive.. for my health... and skin rashes aren't fun...they are itchy and burn

so that is most of my motivation...

What's yours?? That would be a fun and positive thread... What is your motivation? what is your passion that keeps you going and striving to be your best?
Also, Since it's the NEW YEAR...I was thinking of something positive to do when I was seeing those Dove commercials about making the little girls know they're beautiful ... because this world is so commercial today... they need to start at a young age and have good self esteem... Let's start a project... and let's call it ...
"THE LOVE PROJECT"... What I want ALL of you to do is: Name the #1 thing you love and appreciate the most about yourself... and why? I figure this would be a great way to boost each other up and fill each other's buckets
So let's do this ... The Love Project...
I will start... I have two things... I love my eyes because they are a blue gray green... I like the color and I like the way they express all of my emotions... when I'm happy they twinkle and that's all someone has to do to know how I am feeling......
My other is... I was blessed to have my gramma's kind heart. She was so very compassionate toward others.... never knew a stranger, always helped out when she could and wore her heart on her sleeve. Thanks to my gramma I have adopted her way of looking at the world... and I try everyday to be positive and have a good outlook on life ... to help people and try to make a difference... My gramma passed 3 years ago and I miss her so much every day... but when I remember how she treated others, I hope to be as great of a woman as she.
So there are two traits of mine... Would love to hear all of yours... This is a great way to keep positive and happy... and remember always the good things about ourselves... also, a great way to get to know our buddies! I am so happy that all of you came into my life... Please respond when you can...

Love you all... Dennise
