I have a question about cheese. Weird yes, but I've been craving cheese something major. It this crazy?? How much cheese is bad for you? I know it can be fattening but oh it's been calling my name!

I love Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Only 35 cals in the light variety. or 1 point, if that's the way you do it. Also parmesan cheese, a little sprinkle isn't too bad. Also Kraft makes NO FAT singles, sharp and american....They are great, melt really well and taste exactly like the full fat variety. (John doesn't know the difference, poor guy doesn't know what he's eating half the time) lol
ps....don't you guys think that lady who lost 145 pounds looks a lot like Julie? See, that's what you will be like Julie. Just keep walking and eat less.....sounds so simple.
