Team 2 500 Pound Challenge

This is team two, please add eachother as buddies (add team 1 as well!) Feel free to post recipes, weighloss and exercise tips and whatever else you want. Please send your starting weight to your team captain by the 7th of January and the first recorded weigh-in will be the 14th. You can record your weight with your team captain anytime during that week. Good luck everyone, we're gonna be in it for the long haul.
We'll also keep adding team members, as I'm sure we'll lose some and everyone will be meeting their weightloss goals at different times.
