I had a rough day today guys. Sorry, I didn't have time for BS like I want. Hope to catch you guys later today and of course over the weekend.

Accountability so far:
Vitamin:yep
Water: 120 oz so far
Breakfast: 2 pcs of whole wheat toast with whipped cream and jam, coffee w/ 1/2 tsp organic sugar and cream 130 calories

Lunch: 1 thin slice of bread - open face tuna, hummus and cayenne pepper sandwich 250 calories

Snack: a small handful of nuts and raw chocolate pieces 130 calories

Dinner: 10 or so french fries - dip and dabbin' in Rodney's food, 6 chips, ate small sv of sphagetti - dippin' in my sister's plate, a few bits of stir fried chicken & rice - from my brother's plate 400 calories or so

Last eat: my real meal rice & baked chicken 400

Stress is driving me to eat mindlessly...but at least it's in small quantity.

Day 19 - I did not binge! I was hungry last night and wanted to eat - instead I drank some green tea and went to bed. Had a rough night last night so I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted.

Thanks! Yup, I've been making new icon/models for each month when I get weighed at Curves. In the beginning, when I was 280 I couldn't find cute clothes to put on my models, and when I did find something that fit, they looked horrible. But I can't believe I look that thin! haha
