B-english muffin and egg
L-tuna sandwich
S-granola bar, apple with peanut butter
D-fish and brocoli
Total Calories: 1,328
Vitamin~check
Water~check but I lost track at 9-12 cups. Is there a better way to keep track of it? I always refill the same bottles...and I lose track after the third bottle...
Exercise: WATP 3 and 4 miles! That is 7 miles I walked...woo hoo

Hi guys!

I don't have a lot of time but do want to post my accountability:

Exercise: 2 hr interval training, 300 push-ups, 1 hr yoga
Vitamin: 0
Water: 120 oz

Pre-workout food: banana

Breakfast: rice crispie treats hehe, 1 Krispy Kreme donut,

Lunch: rice w/ chicken stir-fry, spaghettie small serving

Snack: some chips, 1/2 a croissant, 10 ritz, 3 oz boiled purple yam

Dinner: Rice and grilled chicken, more purple yams

Hey Cats! Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing....lookin' pretty good I'm not sure what my goals or anything will be this week as it will be a odd week for me. I guess my main goal will be to stay sane. Followed by drinking lots of water and staying as active as I can. Can't wait for weigh in tomorrow!

I did pretty good yesterday...and then it happened! I cheated! I guess I figured one meal wouldnt hurt. I hadnt had much to eat, so I figured the overall damage I would do would be minimized by that fact. I just want to say that I was very disappointed with myself afterwards. I felt horrible as soon as I was done with the food-physically & mentally!!!!
Now I am rethinking the idea of EATING on Thanksgiving day. I had planned on just eating whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. I now think that is a bad idea. Not even gonna post as I usually would have for Saturday......promise today will be a better day!!!

This was my indulgence-
Whopper with cheese
1/2 of the fries
1 slice of chocolate cheesecake


Have a great Sunday Buddies!!!

Total Calories: 1,108 I need about 100 more...I might have kiwi or something to get to 1200
