Hey Cats!
Today's Accountability:
B-kashi and skim milk
L-salad and kiwi
S-kashi bar, apple with peanut butter
D-fish and macaroni and cheese (homemade)
Total calories: 1,422
Vitamin~check
Water about 8 cups so far, will aim for 12
Exercise: Curves
On our county library website, I found 2 books that look helpful for me with the low sodium thing. I think one is a cookbook, but at least I will have an idea of what foods are low in sodium, so I can make a list. Friday, after Curves, I will go to the library and check them out, then have the weekend to go through them.
I hope everyone has a safe and healthy Thanksgiving!

Great job sweetheart! Please keep us posted on the low sodium way of eating. I want to cut as much salt out of my food as possible.

Okay so the holidays are here, I know it's official cuz when I went to visit my parents today the house was stocked full of every food I've been avoiding for the last 3 monthes. As far as accountability for today lets just say I banked a nice 1960 today. But I still worked out for an hour, so hopefully that balances things out a little. Tommorrow is a free day for me, but i think I may still post accountability just to keep my awareness up. I love you guys and hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving tommorow!

Well this just wouldn't have been my week at weigh in regardless of the holiday eats....TOM has shown up a few days early , so when I weighed this morning there was no change. I did sneak a peek a few days ago, and I swear I was down almost 2 more pounds!!!!!!! I will have no fear though and WILL expect great things next week! Will eat in moderation today because after all..part of this weight loss journey is relearning bad behaviors and not overeating, and eating healthy.

Take care Buddies and have a wonderful day today!

Well, I don't think I did too bad...hopefully. I had planned what items I would eat today last night, like my breakfast and lunch and then everything I wanted to eat and made sure it was low in calories. Especially in case the calories in my food differed from those listed, I have a little room to save me (Sparkpeople thinks I should eat 1400-1700 cals a day!)
I didn't graze when I helped with the food either, but I grazed a bit on brocoli before dinner. And I doubt my sodium went well, I walk into the kitchen to see my mom dumping salt into the food! Yikes...then she says that is how you make it.
Today's Accountability:
B-kashi and skim milk
L-veggie soup
D-turkey, brocoli, stuffing and mashed potatoes
S-ice cream cake-this is my desert...I don't like pies and we didn't make anything else I like...
Total Calories: 1,446
Vitamin~check
Water~9 cups, trying to make it to 12 or more
Exercise: about an hour of Kickboxing (Kick butt and kick butt 2)
Hope everyone enjoyed their dinner!
Luckily some of this food will be out of here by the weekend. My mom made noodles and extra turkey to send over to my sister's family.

What a feast!!! The food was yummy today, and I am SURE I went over my calorie limit. Lets not mention the sugar content of some of the foods... I will have to add here that I couldnt hold as much food as I could have in the past. Got full really quick.

That being said....not gonna post accountability today!!!
Will get back to the plan tomorrow.

Hope everyone enjoyed their day!!!
