My New Goals are:
* Do more Cardio
* walk or ride my bike at least 3 times a week to work
* drink more water
* only have one 12oz. can of Soda a day.
*stay on my program
* be a good Black Team Leader
* support the Fitness Fanatics 110%

I'm posting the Point System Chart again.
We have new team members and maybe they like to join!!!!
So just print some out and keep track.
Send the total Points for the week to me!!!



Drinking 8, 8oz. glasses of water daily- 6. pts
Staying on you’re plan (counting Cal, Carbs, Points...)- 5 pts
Doing challenges- 6 pts
Sending booster notes- 5 pts
Extra physical activities- 6 pts
Not eating after 7:30 PM -5 pts.
No Sodas - 6 points ( you need to put this one on the chart)
Everyone is charge of keeping track of their own points for the week and then send the CHALLENGE assignment total Points on Saturday to Sabine, and the point value it is worth daily.

The Point System is starting Monday!!!!!

Goals for the week:

Be a good buddy

Drink 8, 8oz glasses or more of water each day

Get on the treadmill at least once every day

Maybe lose two or more pounds this week!!!

Hi everyone this week is going to be different because i want to change to be more healthy and more active not only for myself but for my whole family...
My goals are:
doing healthy delicious meal for the family and avoid deliver food.
Drinking more water and avoid sodas. Start a 30 min exercise everyday.

Goals for this coming week:

Add an additional 10 minutes per day doing the Treadmill.
No Pizza this week........none.
Drink non-carbonated water.
Give help to buddies.
Stay focused.
Loose more lbs.
