I was actually going to eat the pizza, but by the time I ate my salad and pasta I was too full! I started off with a nice big salad, had some of their pasta with a few meatballs and one of their dessert pizza slices (basically a chocolate chip cookie) and I was about to burst! my stomach has shrunk since I got sick so.. that was all I could handle LOL

I listen to you too Sandy Yesterday while riding my bike I thought about when you told us that any thing more than you did before is working out so...

I rode as hard as I could to the end of my street (4 big blocks) and I felt so good. Afterwards I rode to the boys school and left my bike there and we all walked home. Well, this morning the boys and I walked to school, I did my morning tutoring, rode my bike to church and then rode it back home! Yay me! I love all they yay's I had to join in.

Heartbreakers I'm getting nervous... Hubby is baking chocolate chip cookies and they smell soooo good. I know we already talked about if you don't treat yourself every now and then that's when you binge but, I don't think I'm strong enough for just one cookie this soon. Plus, I didn't write it in my journal, right? I've just been so good since Halloween I don't want it to go down the drain for a cookie! Ahhhhh

Okay, I might have just talked myself off the ledge.

Are you doing the 'piggy bank' challenge? If you are you can ask yourself if a cookie is worth a dollar.... that stops me right away. Is there something you can do to get out of the house, like a walk....? or some exercise that will make you feel so good about yourself that you won't want to blow it? I think I would seriously consider tossing hubby and cookies both out the door. Hey, wait just a darn minute... you have a dh who bakes? My God, I don't know if you should love him or hate him. Talk about a dangerous man!

Thanks Sandy I just told Vernon what you wrote and he's cracking up! Okay, I'm putting the knitting (and computer) down for a bit to do some sit ups. And no I DON'T want to loose a dollar!
