Great job Anj! Hope you're getting your water in for the day.

Well, as much as I want to put salt and chili on my green guava's - I will resist. That's how most southeast asian peeps eat their fruit - when it's green dipped in fish sauce and sugar combo or salt and chili. But I'm resisting the temptation and eat it a la raw.

Got 52 oz of water in already.

Go Nancy, resisting adding salt to your food!
Well I was at the store again today and bought some nectarines! I don't think they are ripe yet, but I can enjoy them when they are. I am keeping my kiwi for tomorrow though.
I did not get to Curves though...but in gym class we were allowed to choose what activity we wanted to do, so I ended up walking about 30 minutes or so...tomorrow I will do Curves and a random video...

Today's Accountability:
B-kashi, banana and skim milk
L-turkey sandwich, crackers
S-grapes, cookie
D-chili, apple with peanut butter
Total Calories: 1,336
Well the sodium was still high, but the chili is gone! Still I'm not going to feel bad, I mean I had like 3 fruits, and lots of veggies too! But it still is weird that it would be healthier sodium wise for me to eat a lean cuisine, with less veggies than eat chili...I guess it is better than eating a cup of salty chips! lol
Vitamin~check
Water~I will get the rest in, I'm a bit behind
Exercise: walking for 30 minutes

I read this and found and cute and inspirational:
A frog, hopping around the farm, minding his own business, fell right into a pail half-filled with cream. Swimming frantically, he found the sides too steep and too high. Determined not to give up, he continued to struggle. He kicked and squirmed, kicked and squirmed until at last his churning had turned the cream into a block of butter – allowing him to hop right out. He never gave up!

Well accountability is not too good. Although I did not binge early, our plans changed so no date night for us. On top of that Rodney bought 2 pizza's form Costco and of course I ate one. Problem - 800 calories per slice. That's my dinner for the night. I enjoyed every bite though. It was delicious.

Accountability:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs w/ 1/4 jasmine rice, 1 cup of cofee w/ cream and 2 tsp raw sugar
Snack: 3 small guavas
Lunch: 3 cups romaine salad w/ honey mustard, small bit of chicken breast w/ 1 hard boiled egg in whole wheat tortilla shell
Dinner: 1 huge slice of supreme pizza 800 calories
Calories about 1500 calories
Water: 110 oz
Vitamin: 1 multi daily

Hello CATS!! Looks like everyone is doing well with food/exercise/water! I am behind on my daily posts, as I didnt enter yesterday's food and activity, here goes-By the way..having a hard time getting the water in. My work day is super crazy busy, and I usually just sip on a large tea during the afternoon. I know I need to break this habit.
B: loads of coffee all morning up and until lunch (this is typical)
L: progresso veg/chick soup-Weight Watcher variety, 70 cal..reduced sodium, small side salad from Hardees, easy on the lite dressing
mini bag of lite popcorn
D:small bean with small amount of cheese burrito
about 20 FF pretzel sticks.....sodium!
Lots of tea and working on the water
Walked: 20 min
arm lifts: 35 with 1.5# hand weight

Today:
B:loads of coffee
Mid morning:Progresso veg/chick-weight watchers variety
L: kids hamburger (shouldn't have!) side salad from Hardees
D: large salad with raw veg & small amount grilled chicken, small amount of poppy seed dressing, about 15 ff pretzel sticks
Tea of course...not enough water

Activity-walked 15 minutes, arm exercises with weights 35 reps-kinda lazy today. Hope everyone is having a good week!!

I had a really bad day yesterday....shoot I have been having a really horrible month. I binged on donuts while my son was at football practice and chocolate milk. Not just the small donuts holes, no three huge big donuts with frosting. Knew exactly what I was doing the whole time I was doing it and didn't care. It's funny I feel so guilty and even though I can't take it back I feel much better just laying it all out there for every one to see. I know that today is a new day and I plan to make the most of it. Hope everyone has a productive day. Go WILDCATS!!!!!
