It was sad to see him go but I agree that he looks great and she will too.

I do have a new respect for the brown team. They have really broken down and become alot more human in my eyes. Before they were just so cold.

I just love Jillian because she seems so mean..... but its usually because she knows people can give more than what they are. There are alot of emotional issues that come along with gaining weight and losing it. She likes to really get into the reasons behind it all. I do think the purple team needs to ramp it up a bit. Its the opporutunity of a lifetime and they really should put it to good use.

Hello everyone, I wanted to come by and check in. I am sooooooo sore from the Fit To Commit Challenge!!!!! Isabelle added some new exercises for us to do this week and man o man can I feel it even to breathe! I have been repulsed at sit ups, but now that I have done some and some other exercises I am not used to doing, I can tell I need to incorporate more core exercises in my repetoir. Wow, I feel powerful tho, in pain but a good pain!!!!

Hmm...not feeling to positive about upcoming weigh-in. I have yet to workout this week and I had another extremely emotional day today. Just got done eating Taco Bell. But, I only went over my daily points by 4 - and had some flex points left to use for the week. I just feel like going to bed
