I didn't get all my calories in the past few days so I know my fiber would be no hell BUTTT....everything I ate was a good source of fiber so I guess that's not sooo bad

Thursday

Boca Burger = 4
Bun = 1
Pita Bread = 5
Lettuce = .77
Radish = .1
Grapes = .92
Pumpkin = 1.1

Total = 13.79

LOL........as you can tell........I am adding every little thing from today.......LOL.........trying to get to that magic # today but not going to do it..........swallowing some fiber supplement but that will probably only get me to about 17..........oh well.

Anyone have ideas for next weeks challenge? So far we just have to get 3-4 servings of calcium. If anyone has another idea...please let us know so we can vote
