Hey Buddies,
Busy weekend...did not get on here as much as I wanted to. I'm mad at myself I have been binge eating since Saturday...and I'm still at it today someone snap me out of this so I can do better tomorrow. I weighed in on Saturday with a 1/2 pound loss and it sent me for a spiral of bad eating.

My goals for this week:
No More Binge eating
Get my butt on the elliptical
water water water
be a good buddy

We had a good week weight loss wise even though we did not win...but lets make next week a great week.

Great goals everyone...lets push forward.

Rebecca Dawn I hope your foot feels better...do you have a heel spur...I had one of those and they hurt soooo bad.

Don't beat yourself up! I did the same thing all last week and over the weekend. I don't know what it is about seeing a loss on the scale. You would think it would give us motivation to keep eating right. All it makes me do is say, "Oh look...CAKE!!" LOL

I'm back on track so far today. Going to try to go to Curves when my mom gets off work. I don't know how much energy I'll have b/c I'm fighting off sinus problems....again. I hate this time of year.

Hey Jenn - Snap out of it girl! Stop that bingeing right now! You don't want to go backwards. I started with a binge about a month ago and it snowballed into 2-3 weeks of bad eating and depression. I'm finally pulling myself out of it and it was sooooo not worth it. I don't want you to go through that. I know you can get back on track!

As far as my heel - yes, I do have a heel spur. The problem is with planter fasciaitis, in which my body is trying to heal by sending too much calcium in that one spot - thus heel spur. I know if I lose at least 20 pounds it will get better. I'm really working hard towards that goal! It's really hard being limited to what exercise I can do but I just have to put my game face on and work around it.

Hello Fellow Fanatics,

Well last week sure was a challenge. I am just flying by the seat of my pants. My 5 week old hasn't decided on a schedule. So, I am just running trying to do my challenges and house work when she closes her eyes. Oh and entertaining my 4 year old. LOL...

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss...

Jenn--Don't be so hard on yourself, today is a new day; start fresh!!!
My goals for this week:

Drink 10 cups of water ALL week
Do challenges EVERYDAY even in peices
Drink only water and decaf tea
Don't stress - take at least one 10 minute me moment a day
Remember to report my points at weigh-ins

Just checking in......did my exercise this morning and now I have the rest of the day without thinking about doing it - lol! It's a good feeling. Now I can - take Nate out to play, water the garden, clean the bathrooms, take a shower, check up on some blogs, get the kids from school, help with homework, head back to school for basketball practice, come home and cook supper and so on. Phew, no wonder if I don't do my exercise in the morning I usually don't do it. Too many things to do, too many distractions!

I'm tired just reading everything you're doing today...lol.

Thought I would post while I had a minute. Just got home from my workout. Did my Curves workout and then rode 6 miles on the bike. I was thinking about not working out today and then I received an email from my cousin letting me know she's heading to Chicago on Friday to run in the Chicago marathon. So....yeah.......I got off my lazy rear and went to Curves...

Way to go Black Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My goals for the week are:

1) Get back down to Friday's weight (I've already gained 3 pounds)
2) Work out my abs - every day!
3) Continue the momentum at the gym
4) If I cannot get to the gym every day, go for a jog instead (My dog will love it)

I need to really watch my eating this week. I had way too much fun on my scrapbook retreat - drinking, eating, even scrapbooking. Have a good week everyone!
