GOOD MORNING BUDDIES! How is everyone on this Monday morning? It's beautiful here but a little hot. I had basketball practice last night and I could barely walk when I got back (heel). But the anti-inflammatory did it's thing and I feel good today. I'm going to get my workout in in a little while. Just wanted to wish everyone a beautiful day.
My Goals for the Week:
1. Journal all food intake everyday.
2. Drink 10 glasses of water.
3. Exercise/do challenges everyday.
4. Stay positive.
I'm really going to try and have this my week of "journaling". Have a wonderful day everyone!
