Rock On ROCKSTARS - Reminders

Weigh ins are on Saturday if at all possible. Any time is fine. If you need to "do an emergency weigh in" be sure to get it to me by 10 am Sunday.

As a weight loss challenge team we are here to support each other the best way that we can. To do that we need to make sure that we are:

reading and commenting on blogs
posting in the forums (the forums are totally rockin this week)
giving each other pats on the back, support, and advice
checking in when things are hectic, so that we can help you

Just remember all that in order to be competitive (not that it is the be all of the ROCKSTARS, but one of the things we do) we have to make sure that we are weighing in. I may take people off temporarily who have not weighed in or checked in for 2 or more weeks. If you have some reason you can't weigh in for a while, you can still be on the team, but we may want to give a "weighing space" to someone else. For example, I know there are many teams who have members who are pregnant, and they are still on the team, but are not a part of the challenge. If you are chronically late or not doing a weigh in, you will be on the team as a cheeleader. It is not fair to weigh in only when you are having a loss....We need to know how everyone is doing. This is the way the other teams are doing it, so just wanna be consistent.

Is this where we sign up for the Rockstar group? I'm a newbie, so how exactly does this work, just weight in every Saturday and keep up on the boards? Looks like you guys have a new thread for each week, maybe, like this is week 28??? LOL, hope I'm right. If I'm in the totally wrong place, SORRY! Heehee =)

Hey, I am just checking in. I have been walking and trying to be good at eating. Sorry I have not been on much but I've been busy. This weekend hubby will be using the computer for bill paying and stuff so I don't know when I'll be on again.
