Today's my birthday, and I can't wait to see where I'm gonna be this time next year

lol i was beginning 2 think i was the only one in the forums this morning lol jk ne wayz no just stopping by 2 say that i did end up running like i was wanting 2 not as much of course but i ran 5 extra minutes. i'm running five(6mph) than walking 5 (4mph) but every or every other day i'm trying 2 replace 5 minutes of walking w/ running until i eventually make it 2 30 minutes than maybe just maybe i'll add some more minutes of running. i'm suppose 2 b running at nite 2 but it's not happing rite now i know i could do it but i just keep 4getting. i haven't bn getting 2 sleep very easily lately so maybe running would wear me out so i could sleep...lol ne wayz, i've gotta go hop n the shower n get my day started! g'luck!

) and I think it depends on what shoes you wear, like, I CAN'T wear sneakers with them, but just for everyday they look fine.
