I'm IN, I'm IN, I'm INNNNNNN!!!

I am trying to rekindle my love affair with exercise, so this is good way to keep at it. My goal is to exercise 5 days out of 7 for at least 30 minutes each time!

I'm going to ROCK October!!

Ok...let's see October goal---Exercise 23 days for at least 30 minutes each time!!

Today is house cleaning and laundry day, so no time for exercise---Wednesdays are my days OFF!!

I was born in October. I am going to make it count, the whole month.

1. Weight lifting with the trainer - 1 hour. 10 minutes on an elliptical machine. 1 hour on the recumbent bike. 22 miles.

1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights

I'm back. I missed you all last month. My back is almost better but still not 100%. Also volleyball has taken up so much time that when I get home from school/practice I don't get on the computer. So, I'm trying to get myself back in gear.
1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
