1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
2: coaching at game, warming girls up: 20 minutes.
3: swimming 45 minutes
4: swimming 45 minutes
5: none today
6: away game tonight so I won't be home till late. exercise warming the girls up before the game, but not much
7. volleyball practice: active coaching - setting to the hitters--30 minutes
8. volleyball practice: active coaching- setting to the hitters--30 minutes, 20 minutes blocking drill
9. away volleyball game...late night
10. volleyball practice
11. volleyball game
12. catch up on housework....I'll count that as my exercise
13. last away game before playoffs......counting down the days till I'm done, I sound like a bad coach, but I'm so ready to be done!

13. Did a 60 minute walk
14. Walked 60 minutes tonight. Oh, I think we are going again for a dog walk in a bit too.

I was so sore from Sunday's push-ups that I skipped strength conditioning all together. I went to kickboxing and yoga - however in yoga I inject push-ups just to get something in.

I actually got a daytime walk in today!!!! It's so nice to already have that done and out of the way! I can't believe that it's halfway thru the month now for October! Time flies!

I tried doing something I used to do when I walked last night. Well, while walking you suck your stomach in as tightly as you can stand it and walk to like the next mailbox or, tree, and you do it about 3 times a walk until you can add more. It tones your stomach. Man, I could hardly hold my balance tho hahaha. My stomach is weak! I used to do this all the time and it really does help your posture and stomach area.

Sorry I got behind here.

1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights, 60 min. evening walk
2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
6. 65 mins. 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
YAY The pool just reopened and I'm sooooo excited
7. 33 mins. 3 miles with Leslie (intervals), 28 mins. high intensity cardio - get ripped DVD, 25 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights
8. 3+ miles with Leslie 35 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred, 1 hr afternoon walk pushing stroller with a 2 yr old in it not a cute little newborn like Debbie has - I am so jealous, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
9. 3 miles 33 mins., 20 mins. intense cardio, 2o mins. strength
10. 3 miles intervals with Leslie, another 3 mile intervals
11. 4 miles with Leslie 40 mins.
12. THANKSGIVING DINNER - 25 mins. cardio
13. 60 min. walk - not feeling great
14. 20 mins. Shred DVD not to full capacity, 20 mins. 2 miles with Leslie - still not feeling well
15. no workout - not feeling well

Great job Stacey! I wrote a blog out this last week - sucking in the tummy is a great workout.
