I may end up going to the urgent care today or at least make an appt tomorrow to see my dr for the coughing. I just can't shake it.
Oh no, take it easy.
Please let keep us posted. Prayers for you.

I just wanted to let you all know that things are paying off for me. I have been wearing baggy sized 22 pants lately. Well, I found an old bag of clothes my mom had sent. I wanted to see how much I still needed to lose to fit into them. I kind of thought I'd use them as a gauge. I put on a size 18 pair of straight leg jeans. They looked too small for me. Well, they fit exactly and I look soooooo good in them! It's amazing! I haven't had a pair of pants fit so well on me in years! I actually look like I have a body now haha. I was so excited to see my rearend looking good. It's still big, but it's getting better looking haha. Goal for this week: To get a default picture up of me in those pants!

Hi there. It is great exercise. My back is getting back to normal. I still take it easy on quite a few things during practice and the other coaches step in and help. I don't want to do anything to it again...I'm pretty apprehensive.

Well, I didn't get any walking in for Sunday 10/12. My cough is doing so much better since I put those jeans on haha! I think I am on the road to recovery as I am feeling pretty good now! I am hoping to do 2 walks tomorrow to make up for not getting one in today, but tomorrow's schedule is going to be busy too and it's very cold at night so I think I am gonna have to stop the night walking unless it's warm enough.

Housework is exercise - just remember to shake your bootie.
