1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
2: coaching at game, warming girls up: 20 minutes.
3: swimming 45 minutes
4: swimming 45 minutes
5: none today

Hi!

Didn't do much in the way of exercise on Sunday (went to my partners grandads 70th birthday and had a few beers instead lol)

Back into it today. October challenge - 722/4000 calories, 190/800 minutes as of 06/10.

6: away game tonight so I won't be home till late. exercise warming the girls up before the game, but not much

3. 2 mile wAlk lil one in sling;lots of up and down strs in house[/quote]
4. apple picking/walk/climb hills for about 1 hour w/ sling
5. 2 mile walk w/ sling
6. 2 mile walk w/ sling; another 1 mile or so walk/shopping
