2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
6. 65 mins. 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
