Debbie, nice walk with a newborn.
1. Weight lifting with the trainer - 1 hour. 10 minutes on an elliptical machine. 1 hour on the recumbent bike. 22 miles.
2. 30 minutes on the recumbent bike -11 miles. Leg routine and abs - 30 minutes.
3. Weight lifting with the trainer -1 hour. Biking 1 hour - 21 miles. Walking (!!!!!!!!!!!!) 20 minutes because I am now allowed to walk but sloooooowwwwwlllyyy and I am very happy.

1. nothing for me today, was sick and sore.
2. 30 minute Biggest Loser Cardio max!
3. nothing, was with dad all day.
4. 40 min Cardio Max
5. Will do Biggest Loser Power Sculpt.

kama way to use the workouts to help ease the pain. hugs!!!!!!!!

Got my days a little mixed up and forgot about Friday
LOL

3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.

5. 65 min. walk
