1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights, 60 min. evening walk
2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
6. 65 mins. 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
YAY The pool just reopened and I'm sooooo excited
7. 33 mins. 3 miles with Leslie (intervals), 28 mins. high intensity cardio - get ripped DVD, 25 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights
8. 3+ miles with Leslie 35 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred, 1 hr afternoon walk pushing stroller with a 2 yr old in it not a cute little newborn like Debbie has - I am so jealous, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
9. 3 miles 33 mins., 20 mins. intense cardio, 2o mins. strength
10. 3 miles intervals with Leslie, another 3 mile intervals
11. 4 miles with Leslie 40 mins.
12. THANKSGIVING DINNER - 25 mins. cardio
13. 60 min. walk - not feeling great
14. 20 mins. Shred DVD not to full capacity, 20 mins. 2 miles with Leslie - still not feeling well
15. no workout - not feeling well
16. 30 mins treadmill 2.15 m and 209 cals burned, 3 fast miles with Leslie 33 mins. , 30 mins. strength training
17. 30 mins. treadmill 2.14 m and 208 cals burned, 4 fast miles with Leslie 40 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred
18. 3 miles with Leslie 33 mins., 60 mins. water aerobics
19. 3 miles with Leslie, 45 min. walk with son
20. 2 fast miles with Leslie 18 mins., 30 mins. treadmil, 40 mins. Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt, 60 mins water aerobics tonight
21. 2 miles with Leslie, 40 mins. Biggest Loser DVD - power sculpt and Cardio max, 10 min. cardio, 24 mins. treadmill
22. 3 fast miles 33 mins., treadmill 22 mins. 20 mins. of fat to firm DVD, 60 mins water aerobics
23. 15 mins. treadmill, evening hr long walk - an off day
24. 2 miles with Leslie first thing in morning, another 3 miles with her,
25. 60 mins. water aerobics WOOHOOO So much fun!
26. Break day
27. 30 mins. treadmill, another 30 mins. treadmill, 60 mins. water aerobics
28. 30 mins. treadmill first thing in the morning, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 20 mins. cardio, 30 mins. treadmill before watching Biggest Loser - jogged 10 mins. straight - YAY
29. Woohoo jogged 15 mins. straight 2 mins fast walk then another 7 mins jogging, 27 mins. Shred DVD, Another 30 mins. on the treadmill after dinner

1. 1hr Kickboxing, 1 hr Pilates/Ballet fusion
2. 1hr Lift class (weights),20 min. weight room, and 1 hr spin
3. Off
4. Off
5. 1 hr 10 min. interval/weight training, 1 hr Kickboxing
6. 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr yoga, 15 min. elliptical
7. 100 regular push-ups at work done throughout the day- DONE , 60 min. interval, circuit training, 1 hr yoga
8. Off
9. 100 push-ups - Done actually 105, 1 hr Lift class, 1 hr kickboxing
10. 1 hr Yoga (boo hooo forgot my shoes)
11. Off day
12. 140 push-ups- make that 210, planks, 1hr kickboxing
13. 1/2 hr step, 1 hr Kickboxing, 1 hr advanced yoga
14. 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr yoga w/ push-ups added
15. Off day
16. 1/2 hour of cardio (tbd) and 1 hr lift.
17. Off, mandated rest period
18. Off, mandated rest period
19. Off, mandated rest period
20. Off, mandated rest period
21. Back on my game - yah!! 1 hr kickboxing and 1 hr yoga
22. 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr additional cardio - tbd looking for a pilates class but no luck today
23. 150 push-ups, 1/2 hr of kickboxing and 1 hr pilates
24. Off Day
25. 250 push-ups, I pushed hard and did them throughout the day, 3 minutes plank and the big one 1 hr 20 min of Vinyasa Flow yoga w/ my Rodney Yee DVD as I missed all my classes today.
26. 7am lower body strength conditioning, 8am 1 hr kickboxing and 2 hour Yoga at home w/ my Rodney DVD
27. 1 hr kickboxing and 1 hr yoga - 50 tricep push-ups
28. 2 hr cardio circuit training/strength conditioning routine
29. Off
30. 1/2 abs w/ a hot instructor , 1 hr Lift and 1 hr Kickboxing

Monday overslept
I had to correct this
10/14 I'm back! the kick butt worked! Did Jillian level 3!
10/15 30 min power sculpt
10/16 Jillian level 3
10/17 20 min power sculpt
10/18 30 min cardio max dvd and 40 min power sculpt back to back
10/19 break day
10/20 got up late, will do at 30 min cardio max tonite(DONE)
10/21 30 min Power Sculpt, will do 10 min of cardio tonite!
10/22 overslept, very tired and sore, taking a break today
10/23 Level 3, Jillian!
10/24 30 min power sculpt, will do 10 reps lower body in the bathroom.
10/25 hour and 20 minutes, did both Cardio Max dvd and the Power sculp.

10/27 30 minute Cardio Max
10/28 50 min Power scuplt, 10 LL reps each time I go to the bathroom and 50 situps tonite during Biggest Loser!
10/29 40 min cardio max, will do ll reps in the bathroom, lol. and take the stairs.
10/30 50 min, power sculpt and stairs at work
