Hi

Can I join in too?

My goal for October is 4000 calories and 800 minutes.

I usually get close (~75%) of this, but really need the incentive to raise the bar, work at 100% for a couple of months, then look at stepping it up a notch.

I'm up to 133/4000 calories, 35/800 minutes in October so far.

1. 1hr Kickboxing, 1 hr Pilates/Ballet fusion
2. 1hr Lift class (weights),20 min. weight room, and 1 hr spin

1. nothing for me today, was sick and sore.
2. 30 minute Biggest Loser Cardio max! I will do 4 core challenges tonite, too

1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights, 60 min. evening walk
2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD

Addendum to my workout today:

1. 1hr Kickboxing, 1 hr Pilates/Ballet fusion
2. 1hr Lift class (weights),20 min. weight room, and 1 hr spin AND 100 PUSH-UPS, NOT THE GIRLY ONES BUT THE UMPHHHH, TRICEP AND CHEST PUSH-UPS. Gotta say I set a goal for 45 but did 100. I didn't think I had it in me but I did it. hehehe.

just able to start walking around my neighborhood today per midwife's orders have to take it easy another few weeks. am tired after just moving around at all after all week of being in my house...
