I am trying to get my log together but someone else needs the computer so I am just going to add that I did 45 minutes tonight of walking. I have been doing my exercising like sit ups and push ups, etc. I have been eating everything today too, which is not good. I had better go back to the binge eating forum.

1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
2: coaching at game, warming girls up: 20 minutes.
3: swimming 45 minutes
4: swimming 45 minutes
5: none today
6: away game tonight so I won't be home till late. exercise warming the girls up before the game, but not much
7. volleyball practice: active coaching - setting to the hitters--30 minutes
8. volleyball practice: active coaching- setting to the hitters--30 minutes, 20 minutes blocking drill
9. away volleyball game...late night
10. volleyball practice
11. volleyball game
12. catch up on housework....I'll count that as my exercise
13. last away game before playoffs......counting down the days till I'm done, I sound like a bad coach, but I'm so ready to be done!
14. volleyball practice
15. early morning (6am) practice today...argh!
16. coached a scrimmage....no practice or workout for me
17. raked front yard and took out flowers from flower bed
18. power cleaned 2 bedrooms and living room

1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights, 60 min. evening walk
2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
6. 65 mins. 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
YAY The pool just reopened and I'm sooooo excited
7. 33 mins. 3 miles with Leslie (intervals), 28 mins. high intensity cardio - get ripped DVD, 25 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights
8. 3+ miles with Leslie 35 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred, 1 hr afternoon walk pushing stroller with a 2 yr old in it not a cute little newborn like Debbie has - I am so jealous, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
9. 3 miles 33 mins., 20 mins. intense cardio, 2o mins. strength
10. 3 miles intervals with Leslie, another 3 mile intervals
11. 4 miles with Leslie 40 mins.
12. THANKSGIVING DINNER - 25 mins. cardio
13. 60 min. walk - not feeling great
14. 20 mins. Shred DVD not to full capacity, 20 mins. 2 miles with Leslie - still not feeling well
15. no workout - not feeling well
16. 30 mins treadmill 2.15 m and 209 cals burned, 3 fast miles with Leslie 33 mins. , 30 mins. strength training
17. 30 mins. treadmill 2.14 m and 208 cals burned, 4 fast miles with Leslie 40 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred
18. 3 miles with Leslie 33 mins., 60 mins. water aerobics

stacey way to keep exercising, come with me to the binge forum...i need it too!


1. nada
2. 2 mile walk carrying lil one in sling
3. 2 mile wAlk lil one in sling;lots of up and down strs in house
4. apple picking/walk/climb hills for about 1 hour w/ sling
5. 2 mile walk w/ sling
6. 2 mile walk w/ sling; another 1 mile or so walk/shopping
7. 2 mile walk w/sling, pushing stroller, walking dog; walk to park, play baseball and just play...
8. 1 mile w/ entourage, trip to farm walking, 1 mile
9. 2 miles w/ entourage
10. 2 miles w/ entourage, another 1.5 with baby/dog
11. lots of standing, 2 mile walk
12. 1 mile walk
13. about 2 miles walking
14. 2 mile with crew plus walk around museum, midwife appt - can keep walking and slowly add more as bleeding stops
15. about 1 mile at farm, pushing plus carrying kids, pumpkins, etc. short dog walk, too
16. 1.5 mile with crew
17. 2 mile, dog, push big kid, carry little one, will go now for more walk
18. walk around playground at farm for 2 hours w/ babe on me; walk around open studios 1 hour

13. Did a 60 minute walk
14. Walked 60 minutes
15. Walked 60 minutes today
16. Walked 20 minutes today
17. Walked 45 minutes
18. 80 minutes walking today

I caught this log up to date and I am hoping I have the right times on there as I was missing the 16th and 17th, and I am pretty sure I got the right times from memory on there now.
