2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
6. 65 mins. 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
YAY The pool just reopened and I'm sooooo excited
7. 33 mins. 3 miles with Leslie (intervals), 28 mins. high intensity cardio - get ripped DVD, 25 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights
8. 3+ miles with Leslie 35 mins., 20 min. level 3 Shred, 1 hr afternoon walk pushing stroller with a 2 yr old in it not a cute little newborn like Debbie has - I am so jealous, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
9. 3 miles 33 mins., 20 mins. intense cardio, 2o mins. strength
10. 3 miles intervals with Leslie, another 3 mile intervals
11. 4 miles with Leslie 40 mins.
12. THANKSGIVING DINNER - 25 mins. cardio

14. 20 mins. Shred DVD not to full capacity, 20 mins. 2 miles with Leslie - still not feeling well
