9. 3 miles 33 mins., 20 mins. intense cardio, 2o mins. strength
10. 3 miles intervals with Leslie, another 3 mile intervals
11. 4 miles with Leslie 40 mins.
12. THANKSGIVING DINNER - 25 mins. cardio
13. 60 min. walk - not feeling great
14. 20 mins. Shred DVD not to full capacity, 20 mins. 2 miles with Leslie - still not feeling well
15. no workout - not feeling well

Feeling bummy today - thanks PMS.


1. 1hr Kickboxing, 1 hr Pilates/Ballet fusion
2. 1hr Lift class (weights),20 min. weight room, and 1 hr spin
3. Off
4. Off
5. 1 hr 10 min. interval/weight training, 1 hr Kickboxing
6. 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr yoga, 15 min. elliptical
7. 100 regular push-ups at work done throughout the day- DONE , 60 min. interval, circuit training, 1 hr yoga
8. Off
9. 100 push-ups - Done actually 105, 1 hr Lift class, 1 hr kickboxing
10. 1 hr Yoga (boo hooo forgot my shoes)
11. Off day
12. 140 push-ups- make that 210, planks, 1hr kickboxing
13. 1/2 hr step, 1 hr Kickboxing, 1 hr advanced yoga
14. 1 hr kickboxing, 1 hr yoga w/ push-ups added
15. Off day
16. 1/2 hour of cardio (tbd) and 1 hr lift.

Still sore from my push-ups from Sunday. Opted to do 0 today.

Sunday: Power sculpt. 30 min
Monday: Cardio Max 30 min
Tuesday: Power Sculpt
Wedneday: Level 3 Jillian
Thurday: Powert Sculpt
Friday: Break day( I forgot I take a break on Fridays
Saturday the full 40 minutes of the Cardio Max dvd.
Sunday Nothing, got home late.
Monday overslept
I had to correct this
10/14 I'm back! the kick butt worked! Did Jillian level 3!
10/15 30 min power sculpt
10/16 Jillian level 3

Hi there. We actually did have a good practice despite the earliness of it all. We ended the practice scrimmaging each other and the other coach and I joined in so it was 5 on 5 and boy did I get a good workout!

hey buds! my mom was on town so no posting for me - that plus wicked slow computer...

just walking still. also fussy baby times have promoted more baby bouncing, swaying, etc

you all are really moving in here!!!

1. nada
2. 2 mile walk carrying lil one in sling
3. 2 mile wAlk lil one in sling;lots of up and down strs in house
4. apple picking/walk/climb hills for about 1 hour w/ sling
5. 2 mile walk w/ sling
6. 2 mile walk w/ sling; another 1 mile or so walk/shopping
7. 2 mile walk w/sling, pushing stroller, walking dog; walk to park, play baseball and just play...
8. 1 mile w/ entourage, trip to farm walking, 1 mile
9. 2 miles w/ entourage
10. 2 miles w/ entourage, another 1.5 with baby/dog
11. lots of standing, 2 mile walk
12. 1 mile walk
13. about 2 miles walking
14. 2 mile with crew plus walk around museum, midwife appt - can keep walking and slowly add more as bleeding stops
15. about 1 mile at farm, pushing plus carrying kids, pumpkins, etc. short dog walk, too
16. 1.5 mile with crew
17. 2 mile, dog, push big kid, carry little one, will go now for more walk

All the walking and the volleyball workouts and stroller pushing, baby carrying and early morning workouts and kick boxing etc etc.
You are amazing, stong women and I am so proud to be a part of this group.
