It's been so long I don't remember where I was when I started. But I do know I still have 11 lbs to go to get to "149 in 2009!" and only 3 months to do it! No more messing around.

I'd like to lose 24 lbs by Christmas putting me at 182 lbs. That's a steady 2 lb loss each week. I guess if I'd plateau, I'd just have to bust some booty after, but I am planning to avoid that by upping the ante each week, and switching around my kinds of workouts. I always walk, but adding in a workout dvd here and there, pilates, weight, Biggest Loser dvd bootcamp workout! I hope it works! Also that way if I have a big week and lose 3-4 lbs ever then it will just be an even bigger inspiration. I am secretely hoping for 3 lbs this week alone, but we'll see. Keep up all of your hard work fellow Christmas lovers!
