It's 3:40 pm here in California, on a Friday. It's the weekend almost. I am not happy about that as Monday my getting up early again starts as Adam's got to get up for school. Ughhhh. Gotta fight him to be there on time at 7 am, and then now he's getting sick again. Not looking forward to it at all! Love being on break too much!

I hope you all had a great week! Mine has been very trying! I have been eating well, but my excercising kind of slacked off! I lost my motivation, but I think I found it!

Hi Everyone! I got up for weigh in today for some of my challenges. I was all ready to let go of the longest loser and I knew i wasn't going to lose any weight at all. Well, I lost a pound, and I am still in the Longest Loser! I am pretty happy this am!

I'm up 4 lbs this week I know I wont see my 10 lbs down for October, but I am ready to kick my own butt through exercise to get off as much as I can, and be sure I don't gain again from now on!!!!!! I know have to lose 26 lbs by Christmas to meet my goal

I love you Bette Jo, for making me laugh so early in the morning! (and just because you're you) I have got to get serious if I'm going to lose 10 more pounds by Jan.1....... but I've heard laughter is good exercise? Have a great Sunday everyone.
