Ok listen up teams!! Here is the challenge for the week:
Let's do a water challenge! We all know how important water is, but do we drink enough?
You should have a minimum of 64 oz a day, 90 is better.
Let's eachy post our water drinking daily goals and see if we can do it at least 4 days this week!
The team that has to most people who stick to ther water goals wins!
The team that doesn't has to share a dieting moment of which they are not too happy with. Kindof like Truth or Dare. But let's keep it fun!
Your embarrassing moment could be something like farting while working out, or rippinf the seat of your pants, getting caught eating in the closet, etc. Just for fun and to be able to laugh at ourselves.
