Thumbs up THE PHOENIX #1 - Our First Challenge!

I'm so excited about our first challenge! It's actually a very important challenge although it sounds small . We all know we should drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water daily BUT...do you REALLY know why?? Besides the obvious I mean . When we don't drink enough water...our bodies store it (same as not eating enough food). When our bodies store water we feel bloated, fingers swell etc.. Our bodies are 70% water and we need to replenish it to be healthy! If you're not already drinking a ton of water and you do this challenge...you'll pee like crazy!! LOL....but seriously....you'll notice a 3-5lb weight loss next week . Reason being is, once you start drinking it...your body will stop storing it and let it go because it knows your going to give it more .

So...yes...our challenge is to drink 8-10 glasses of water every day from now until Saturday weigh-in. If you are exercising...you need to drink closer to
10/per day. Subscribe to this thread and come back everyday to post how much water you got in on each day .
