are we supposed to weigh in here? I forgot haha.

Ok, I found the blog titled Biggest Loser Weigh In and posted my weight. While there I noticed that Rhonda lost 9 pounds! Is that even humanly possible?? Wow, that's wonderful!!!! A lot of us lost a lot of weight this week! We are doing very well. Hang in there! Keep it up and we are gonna be lookin' really good!

I didn't believe the scale either. I even had my son weigh himself so I could make sure it was accurate. I truly think because TOM was visiting last week and then I drank 2 shakes and 1 meal each day all week is what contributed to my large weight loss. I also walked 3 miles a day. We will see what happens at the next weigh in. It definitely motivates me though.
