My goals are:

-Be a good team leader
-do all challenges
-encourage all my team members
- drink, drink,and drink more water
-start counting ww points again.

1.Eat healthy
2.Drink at least 32 oz of water
3. Go to gym at least 5 times this week
4. Be a good Buddy5.Try and get points.

Kim, do you actually go to the WW meetings? I did it and I had to choose,pay for gym or WW. I think I will try and follow the point system.I know how to do it.

Hi Everyone, My Goals for the week are:

1. Walk to and from work and church
2. drink more water (I slacked last week)
3. Exercise as much as my schedule will allow
4. Be a good Buddy to my team…
5. Be a support to my mini team
6. STAY AWAY FROM GLUTEN!!!
7. Maintain or loss weight

Dawn- I went to 3 WW Meetings, long enough to know how to do the points, Then i stopped. That is too much money.

*Christine great job on the 1 pound loss this week!
*Debbie I'm glad to see you on board with us too!
*Jaunita maintaining your weight is an accomplishment too..it is not always easy...sounds like you are ready to meet the new week head on..you go!!
*Dawn if you have to pick one...I would pick the gym...you have tons of support here and if you have the weight watcher booklet and point system you can do at home with out going to the meeting...think the gym might be more worthwhile but that is just me.

Jenn, I did pick the gym,especially cuz winter is coming and plus Ican do kick boxing.Ya!

I'm posting the Point System Chart again.
We have new team members and maybe they like to join !!!!
So just print some out and keep track.
Send the total Points for the week to me !!!



Drinking 8, 8oz. glasses of water daily- 6. pts
staying on you’re plan (counting Cal, Carbs, Points...)- 5 pts
doing challenges- 6 pts
sending booster notes- 5 pts
extra physical activities- 6 pts
Not eating after 7:30 PM -5 pts.
No Sodas - 6 points ( you need to put this one on the chart)
Everyone is charge of keeping track of their own points for the week and then send the CHALLENGE assignment total Points on Saturday to Sabine, and the point value it is worth daily.

The Point System is starting Monday!!!!!
