WE ARE STILL WATCHING IKE AND PRAYING HE GOES THE OTHER WAY. I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE BEEN STICKING TO YOUR CHRISTMAS LIST. I HAVE BEEN CHECKING MINE TWICE HERE LATELY AND MAKING SURE I GET MY EXERCISE IN EVERYDAY.

EVERYONE HERE LOOKS TO HAVE BEEN DOING VERY GOOD, AND I CANT THANK STACEY ENOUGH FOR KEEPING EVERYTHING GOING WHILE I WAS GONE. I ASKED HER TO BE CO-CAPTAIN A WHILE BACK AND A THINK I PICKED THE RIGHT PERSON.

ANNIE AND SANDY: Thank you both for your sweet words and compliments!! It was nothing at all! I thought we all did our parts keeping it running as a group. I appreciate Sandy because she's always got such great advice, and Annie, you are so attentive and creative on this site! I think you are a great leader! And God willing this hurricane IKE will fizzle out and just go away!!

I am trying to get motivated!!! I have been having some hypoglycemia and shakes, so I haven't eaten the best. My sugar levels are okay now. But, after I take my morning med, within 2 hours I drop and get shaky. I am just keeping an eye on it and it seems to be just during the 10 - 2 hours that I have it. I have just felt really blah and gained some weight back which hasn't made me feel anymore motivated. But just going back on buddyslim I feel my good ole self coming back! Thanks for loving me!
